Return-Exchange and Refund Policy

Only unused and unopened items may be returned to Yodoit. Use is defined as any attempt to install, open or use an |
item. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days of the |
original receipt date. All non-defective products returned to Yodoit for refund are subject to a 20% restocking |
fee(NO EXCEPTIONS). All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. |

● If products match return policy, Yodoit accepts product exchange only when supply bottlenecks or out of stock |

● Number the products one by one and note down their corresponding models(be sure avoid brand name) as well as |
|
|
problem descriptions. In addition, label the right number on corresponding product so as to identify and check. |

2. Packing Guidance |
|
|
Please pack the products with its original package as much as possible or else well pack the products with bubble bag |
|
|
and use foam box as its outer package. Additionally, write "RMA Number" on the outer box for recognition. |

|
