Yes. Each part is labeled with visible and invisible identification marks unique to our company.
6. How can I return the defective parts ?
If returning a defective part under warranty, you must contact our after-sales team firstly to get an RMA Number.We will not accept any parts without an RMA Number issued.
7. How do you identify which product is yours if we exchange/replace ?
Our items all have a special stamp on each individual product. Please don't wipe/remove it as it will void your warranty with us. If you have any questions or concern about a product's ownership, please contact our customer service representatives or send us an email with pictures so we can authenticate if the product is ours.
8. Does the price match the quality ?
